Facebook and Instagram Data Deletion

Last updated: October 9, 2026

When you connect a Facebook Page or an Instagram professional account, ReelsFarm stores the details it needs to publish the posts you create or schedule. This page explains what we store and how to delete it.

1. What We Store

  • Facebook Pages: the Page ID, Page name, Page access token, your Facebook user ID for ReelsFarm, and the permissions you granted.
  • Instagram accounts: the account ID, username, name, profile picture, access token, and your Instagram user ID for ReelsFarm.
  • Published posts: the post ID and link that Facebook or Instagram returns after ReelsFarm publishes a post for you.

2. Disconnect an Account in ReelsFarm

Click your name at the bottom of the ReelsFarm sidebar, open the Connected tab, and remove the Facebook Page or Instagram account. We delete its access token and account details right away. Your post history in ReelsFarm keeps its links.

3. Remove ReelsFarm From Facebook or Instagram

  • Facebook:go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select ReelsFarm, and remove it.
  • Instagram:go to Settings and activity > Website permissions > Apps and websites, select ReelsFarm, and remove it.

Meta then tells ReelsFarm, and we delete the access token and account details for that account. If you also send a data-deletion request, we remove that account's post IDs and links from the post history in ReelsFarm, and Meta gives you a confirmation code. The link that comes with the code opens this page and shows the status of your request.

4. Delete Your ReelsFarm Account

To delete your whole ReelsFarm account and its data, email [email protected] from the email address you use to sign in. Posts that are already published stay on Facebook and Instagram. Delete them there if you no longer want them.

5. More Information

Our Privacy Policy explains how ReelsFarm handles all account data. If you have questions, email [email protected].
