There are two ways to use Zernio with Reels Farm. You can connect your own Zernio workspace with an API key and sync its eligible accounts. On Creator and higher plans, you can also connect an Instagram professional account or Facebook Page from Reels Farm's Connected accounts section. Reels Farm manages the Zernio connection for this second option. You do not need a personal Zernio API key.
Managed Instagram and Facebook Connections
Open Account, then Connected accounts. Choose Instagram or Facebook and complete the authorization flow. You can also send an account owner a single-use connection link from that section. The managed account appears beside native social connections, but uses a separate publishing connection and plan limit.
The shared managed limit is 2 Instagram and Facebook accounts on Creator, 4 on Pro, and 8 on Agency. Starter has no managed Instagram or Facebook connections. Existing native Meta connections stay in place for eligible users. They do not convert into managed accounts.
The remaining setup steps in this guide describe the separate option where you bring your own Zernio API key.
Quick Answer
The Reels Farm Zernio integration can:
- sync active, eligible TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook accounts
- publish a finished post immediately or schedule it for later
- cancel a scheduled Zernio post from Reels Farm
It cannot edit the caption or scheduled time after a post has been submitted.
Which Zernio Accounts Appear
Reels Farm requests the complete account list available to the connected API key. It then imports active accounts on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Inactive accounts, accounts that need reconnection, and other platform types are filtered out.
This means Reels Farm may show fewer destinations than Zernio itself. The limit comes from the current Reels Farm integration, not from the number of social networks Zernio may connect. Confirm that the connected Zernio key belongs to the workspace and profiles you want to publish from.
Publish and Schedule Posts
Zernio-connected accounts support both publish-now and scheduled publishing in Reels Farm. The post still follows the requirements of its destination platform, and a connected account can fail a post if its platform permissions or media do not meet those rules.
Reels Farm can cancel a scheduled post through Zernio. It does not support later caption or time changes for Zernio posts. Make those changes in Zernio after submission.
TikTok and YouTube Settings
For TikTok, choose direct publishing or an app-inbox draft. Direct video posts require a privacy choice and an AI-content disclosure. An inbox draft is sent to TikTok for manual publishing.
For YouTube, Reels Farm requires a video, a title, and a made-for-kids selection. For an Instagram video, Reels Farm can send the Trial Reel setting to Zernio. It uses manual graduation, so the user must choose when to share the Trial Reel with followers. Other platform settings are managed in the connected provider or on the social platform.
Common Setup Problems
An account is missing after connecting Zernio
Check that the account is active, does not need reconnection, uses one of Reels Farm's four supported platforms, and is visible to the connected API key.
Expecting Reels Farm to change a scheduled Zernio post
Reels Farm supports cancellation, but it does not update the caption or scheduled time. Edit the post in Zernio.
Treating Zernio accounts as native Meta connections
Both Zernio paths use provider publishing. Native Meta connections are separate and have their own permissions and availability. An account connected through your own Zernio API key is also separate from a Reels Farm-managed Zernio account.
FAQ
Do I need my own Zernio API key?
Only if you want to sync accounts from your own Zernio workspace. Creator, Pro, and Agency users can connect Instagram and Facebook through Reels Farm without their own Zernio API key.
Can I publish immediately and schedule through Zernio?
Yes. Both modes are supported for eligible Zernio-connected accounts.
Can Reels Farm cancel or edit a scheduled Zernio post?
Reels Farm can cancel a scheduled post. It cannot change the caption or scheduled time after submission.
Why does Reels Farm show fewer accounts than Zernio?
Reels Farm currently imports active TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook accounts. It filters out inactive or reconnect-required accounts and does not import other platform types.
Final Take
Zernio is a fit when your social destinations already live in Zernio and you want Reels Farm to handle content creation before publishing. Connect the right key, confirm the active accounts that sync, and use Zernio for any post changes that Reels Farm does not expose.
