Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to provide the service and keep your account secure. This can include:

• Account information: email address, account ID, name, profile image, sign-in data, subscription status, and support messages.
• Content and files: prompts, scripts, product images, reference images, avatar images, videos, audio selections, slideshows, captions, and other files that you upload or create.
• Publishing information: selected platforms, titles, captions, privacy settings, scheduling settings, publish results, and platform post IDs.
• Connected account information: platform account or channel IDs, usernames or display names, profile image URLs, granted permission scopes, token expiry information, and OAuth access and refresh tokens.
• Usage and device information: log data, browser and device information, session data, product events, and security or diagnostic information.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• create and manage your account and workspace;
• create, store, render, and deliver the content you request;
• connect the social accounts that you choose to connect;
• discover the selected account, channel, page, or profile;
• publish or schedule content only when you start or authorize that action;
• maintain queues, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and secure the service;
• process subscriptions, credits, and payments;
• send service, account, and support communications; and
• measure and improve the service.

3. Connected Social Accounts

When you connect YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or another supported platform, ReelsFarm receives the account details and permissions needed to identify the destination and publish or schedule content. This may include a platform or channel ID, display name, profile image, permissions, access and refresh tokens, token expiry information, and IDs for posts created through the service.

For YouTube, ReelsFarm uses YouTube API Services to connect the channel you select and publish videos when you request or authorize that action. We do not sell connected-account data or use it for advertising or unrelated profiling. We do not send OAuth credentials or connected-account data to our artificial intelligence providers.

For Facebook and Instagram, ReelsFarm uses Meta's APIs to connect the Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts you approve, and to publish posts when you request or schedule them. We use the Page or account ID, name, username, profile picture, access token, and the IDs and links of posts we publish only for that purpose. You can remove ReelsFarm in your Facebook or Instagram settings at any time. Our Facebook and Instagram data deletion page explains what we store, how to delete it, and the status of deletion requests sent through Meta.

You can disconnect a connected account from ReelsFarm where that option is available. You can also revoke YouTube access from the Google security settings page. When you disconnect or ask us to remove connection data, we delete the stored credentials and connection data under our normal deletion process. Content already published on a social platform remains on that platform.

YouTube API Services are governed by the YouTube API Services Developer Policies and the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Artificial Intelligence and Content Generation

ReelsFarm uses third-party artificial intelligence providers for selected image, text, and video workflows. Depending on the workflow you choose, we may send the following inputs to the provider needed to produce your requested output:

• text prompts, scripts, captions, and product descriptions;
• product, reference, avatar, and other images;
• uploaded videos or motion references;
• voice or audio settings where the workflow supports them; and
• duration, aspect ratio, and other generation settings.

These inputs are used to provide the requested feature. The Google and YouTube connection data described in Section 3 is separate from these creative inputs. We do not send your Google or YouTube OAuth tokens to artificial intelligence providers. See our Subprocessors page for a current list of provider categories and services.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service, provide a feature that you request, protect the service, or comply with law. These recipients can include:

• authentication, database, hosting, object storage, and queue providers that store or process account data and media;
• artificial intelligence providers that process the inputs for a requested generation workflow;
• billing and subscription providers that process billing and subscription information;
• analytics, monitoring, email, and support providers; and
• YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or another platform when you connect that platform and request or authorize publishing.

We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect users or the service, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce our terms. We do not allow third parties to use Google or YouTube API data for advertising.

7. Storage, Security, and Retention

We use HTTPS, access controls, managed infrastructure, and other reasonable safeguards to protect information. OAuth credentials are restricted to the server-side workflows that need them. We do not intentionally place access tokens or refresh tokens in application logs. No method of storage or transmission is fully risk-free.

We keep account and workspace information while your account is active or while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or keep reliable business records. Connected-account credentials and metadata are kept while the connection is active and are deleted when you disconnect it, subject to limited backup and operational retention.

When you delete creative content in ReelsFarm, it normally moves to Trash for up to 10 days so that you can restore it. It is then scheduled for permanent deletion. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us. Some deletion work can remain in a short-lived queue or backup until the relevant system completes its cleanup.

8. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect sessions, support OAuth flows, and maintain application state. We may use PostHog and similar tools to measure product usage, diagnose errors, and improve the service. These tools may process device, session, and event information. We do not use cookies to sell personal information or to serve targeted advertising based on Google or YouTube API data.

9. Your Choices and Requests

• Disconnect a social account from the account settings when available.
• Revoke ReelsFarm's Google access from the Google security settings page.
• Remove ReelsFarm in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or follow the steps on our data deletion page.
• Delete creative content from the ReelsFarm asset or Trash areas.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of account information by email.

If you revoke Google access in Google settings, also disconnect the YouTube connection in ReelsFarm or email us so that we can remove the stored connection record and credentials.

10. Children's Privacy

ReelsFarm is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so that we can review and remove it where appropriate.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our service, data practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use Google or YouTube data, we will provide any notice or consent required by applicable policy or law.
