• To tie content you create to your account
• To facilitate payments through Polar
• To publish content to TikTok and YouTube on your behalf (with your explicit permission)

3. TikTok Integration

When you grant us permission to access your TikTok account, we only use this access to publish videos on your behalf. We do not:

• Access any personal information from your TikTok account
• Like, follow, or view content on your behalf
• Edit or delete existing videos
• Upload any videos without your explicit permission

Authorized Data Access and Usage

We access and use authorized data solely for the purpose of publishing videos to TikTok on your behalf. We store authentication access and refresh tokens for authentication purposes until the access token expires, which will require re-authentication.

Revoking Access

You can revoke our access to your TikTok account at any time through your TikTok settings. If you request to remove your authentication, we will promptly delete all associated tokens and data.

4. YouTube Integration

When you grant us permission to access your YouTube account, we only use this access to publish content on your behalf. We do not:

• Access any personal information from your YouTube account
• Like, subscribe, or view content on your behalf
• Edit or delete existing videos
• Upload any content without your explicit permission

By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with third-party subprocessors solely to operate and improve the service. These include infrastructure providers, AI services, analytics, billing, and email delivery providers.

6. AI Services and Content Generation

To provide AI-powered content generation, we send certain inputs to third-party AI providers. This may include:

• Text prompts you provide for content generation
• Reference images and product images you upload
• Avatar images used as inputs for video or image generation
• Duration, script, and configuration settings for AI video generation

7. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored securely in our database and will not be transferred outside our system unless you request us to delete your account and associated content. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

We may also use analytics tools, including PostHog, to understand product usage, diagnose issues, and improve user experience. This information is used internally and is not sold to third parties.
